Budding Authors

1-78_web

A story written by your Pre-Primary child is cute enough, but add to that a generous heart of giving and its cuteness overload!

Our kind and creative Pre-Primary students at our Harrisdale Campus have written their own books and sold them. They then donated their proceeds to the building of an early learning centre at Freeset in Kolkata, India!

A Carey education considers growing a giving and selfless heart to be a priority in the development of children. We are so proud of our budding authors.

With recipes for ‘Froot salad’  and ‘Gingerbeard man’ and stories about  ‘A Tree for Scruffy’ and ‘Princess Sparkles and the Treasure’, it’s no wonder they were able to raise over $500!

Thank you Pre-Primaries, your efforts have made a world of difference to some children who live in very difficult circumstances. Well done!
